Unfortunately, Xue Bang Online has had many issues lately and teachers haven’t been paid for the past few months. Many of us are working for free, under the promise of payment at the end of June…. however they have broken every single clause on our signed contract and they failed to communicate with us…. they are just stringing us along. Here is our message. Please, anybody who is thinking of applying for Xue Bang, either online or in China, think twice. There are many honest companies out there, but Xue Bang isn’t one of them. Here is our message for you. “We are an anonymous group of online teachers who all work for Beijing Xue Bang Education Technology Co., Ltd. We’ve created this site to warn others who may consider working for this dreadful company. Many of us have been teachers for numerous years and have never experienced treatment as unprofessional and callous as this. We intend to take any and all necessary actions to bring the company down and we need your help. If you have experienced any kind of unfair treatment from this company or any of its management employees we want to hear from you! Click the link below and let us know what happened!”
Please, don’t fall into their trap.

I actually work for Xuebang online and can tell you a lot about their misconduct and shady business dealings. All of the staff have not been paid for April, some not even for March. Management keeps saying we’d get an update or get paid on a certain date and when that day comes theres another excuse. On Monday, 27 May, we received a notice stating that we would only be paid a percentage of our salaries on the 25th of June (6 weeks after the initial pay date of 10 May) .Theyve blamed someone working under the foreign teacher manager, theyve said the CEO is sick and cant pay. They went as far as changing their website domain so that we would not find out that they are still hiring more teachers.
Some staff have created a website that exposes all of the wrongdoing and messages we’ve received as teacher working for them.
