Good day everyone! First Future is currently recruiting Online English teachers. Naturally, natives have the advantage, but they will also consider non-native if your teaching methodology is up to their standards.
They pay $8-12 per hour for non-natives and for natives they start from $15 up to $25. The incentive system is very attractive (for example +$1 for group classes for every hour taught, $+1 for weekend hours for every hour taught, etc). The base rate (BR) depends on your qualifications and experience, obviously.
They usually work with children, however, they also have programs for high-schoolers and adults. You can discuss that during the interview process, or at least point out what is your preference. The school is B2B model, which means that they cooperate with many partnering schools. They have their own platform (based on eClass), but it may happen that you work on the partnering school’s platform. You will be trained for every platform. Training is not paid, but is very short (30ish min)
