International instructors are required to prepare and deliver high-quality English classes to students. It will be important to collaborate with local teachers to provide necessary academic services to the students or parents to ensure students gain significant improvements in their English abilities.
Responsibilities
- Attend classes, training, and meetings on time as required.
- Improve your academic and teaching skills consistently through training, group class
- practice and individual practice.
- Use First Leap’s teaching approach to deliver the courses.
- Provide academic coaching or guidance to students before, during, and after class in order
- to ensure successful learning outcomes, as well as student engagement and motivation.
- Ongoing communication with parents and students.
- Teaching fun subjects like Music, Science, Global Leadership & more with the help of interactive SmartBoard.
- No Teaching, ESL, or Chinese language experience required!
- First Leap also teaches different subjects in English: Art, Music, Science, Drama, etc.
- Student age range: 3-6 years old.
- Class size: 10 – 14 students in one class.
- Class length: 40 minutes to 1 hour containing various creative teaching techniques.

- Native English speakers at an Idiomatic level. UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa.
- Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics, or English degree preferred).
- No Teaching, ESL, or Chinese language experience required!
- TEFL, TESOL, or DELTA/CELTA certificate is strictly required.
- A teaching license issued by your home country is a bonus.
- Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.

- Base Salary: USD 1800 – 2300 per month
