Full-time ESL Teacher Job Description
Teaching students aged from 3 to 18 years of age in a face to face and immersive environment. Responsibilities involve working in a large team of foreign and local staff, to provide quality academic products and services to our students and customers. Providing young learners with a full skill learning environment with up to 20 hours of teaching per week, over 5 days a week with 2 consecutive week days off each week. Hours vary in peak periods, includes weekend and shift work. Class size of 12-16 students. Administrative duties including lesson planning and course tasks (Eg. Taking attendance, assigning and marking homework, administering and grading assessments)
Full-time ESL Teacher Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (preferred)
- Clear background check
- Qualities: relationship building skills, adaptability
- Ability to pass all visa requirements including a medical check
- In China or willing to relocate to China
