We provide all the books, CDs and teaching resources needed to teach our curriculum. We also have many educational toys that you can include in your class. You are welcome to bring any music, games, and other teaching materials to adjust classes to suit your style. Each classroom has a projector and internet access, so it is easy to demonstrate something to your students.
All jobs come with a visa before departure, a high salary compared to the local average, health insurance and we’ll support you with anything you need.

- Passport from UK, IRE, USA, CAN, S.A., N.Z, AUS (due to local visa requirements).
- A recognised EFL qualification, minimum 120 hours (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA). For Japan, TEFL certificates below 120 hours with 3 months experience are also accepted.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Teaching experience is not required.
- Candidate must be open-minded, enthusiastic, positive, hard-working, patient and professional.
- Must also be looking for a challenge and enjoy working with young learners!

- Complete our online application form.
- One of our recruitment staff will get in touch with you and ask you to send the following documents to make sure that you’ll be eligible for a visa:
- Your resume / CV
- Your academic degree
- Your teaching certificate
- Your passport photo page
- We’ll send you a pre-interview task to complete and send back to us. This is not a test but to help us understand your motivation for teaching abroad, gauge your understanding of the job, and give us something to talk about in the interview.
- We’ll invite you for a Skype interview. In the interview, we’ll get to know you as a person and we’ll expand on the questions from the pre-interview task. This is also your chance to discuss where you’d like to work and ask any questions you may have to somebody who knows the ESL industry inside out.
- We talk to suitable schools and offer you some contracts. If you’re happy with a contract, you’re ready to start your new adventure! If not, we can negotiate for you with the school.
- We’ll keep in touch. If at any point you feel the school is not treating you well or not abiding by the contract, we are here to help. We can also advise you on how to best socialize with the locals, or what to do before moving to a new country, etc. From time to time we’ll check in with you to see how you’re doing.
The entire recruitment process is completely free and usually takes about 1-3 weeks + the waiting time for the visa. This time mainly depends on how quickly you can send us the documents and on when we can schedule an interview with you.
