With Am Class you will be teaching Chinese children aged 6 to 10 years old. They pay $20-$30 per hour for new teachers the average pay rate is around $20 per hour if you teach 64 classes within two months the payment will increase to $25 an hour each lesson is 25 minutes long the class-size is for students all of the teaching materials are prepared for you ahead of time and they have their own teaching system. You are required to teach a minimum of eight hours per week you will be implementing online lessons based on the CCSS (Common Core State Standards). Their peak hours are 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. On Saturday and Sunday, they have lessons from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. On Sunday they do have some lessons but those are typically only for trial classes. They are looking for teachers with a high level of English proficiency and are looking for native English teachers out of the US. You have to have teaching experience for more than one year and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. They also prefer that you already have online teaching experience as well. The good thing is they make all payments weekly through PayPal.

Online ESL Teacher Job Description

Class Schedule
