Hi everyone. My name is Erica, I am 24 years old and I have been working with Gates Institute for 2 months now. They offer online classes to non-native English-speaking students from all over the world. For me, the concept behind virtual education is being able to reach all kids, traditional schooling isn’t a match for everyone anymore. I would highly recommend joining Gates Institute if you like a company with a good structure, all the staff is easy to reach and extremely helpful.

Hello Teachers and Teaching community. My name is Erica Ceniceros. I have been working with Gates Institute for over 4 months now. I can truly say it’s one of the best teaching companies I have ever worked for. With Gates Institute there is a feeling of stability, they offer great professional materials to teach and a good platform to teach with; as well as stability with your students once they choose you as a teacher after the trial lesson. Overall there is constant communication between staff and teachers, making it a great company to be a part of.

I have worked with Gates Institute for over 8 months now. It is an awesome company to work for, the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. As a teacher you can expect to work with high level students of all ages & high quality materials. The platform we use to teach is Zoom, it is very easy to use and the company provides you with a tutorial on how to use it. Overall 9/10.
Erica Ceniceros says
I have been working with Gates Institute for 9 months now and I can genuinely say this company offers some of the best materials to teach with; they range from RAZ books to more advanced material such as national geographic books. As teachers we structure out the best plan to fit the students needs. There is constant communication amongst staff members: HR, the person who helps set up your schedule, and supervisors. The teaching schedule is flexible; the only downside is that as a teacher you should expect the process of acquiring students to be slow, other than that it is a fantastic company to work for.

Hi Teachers and Students. My name is Erica, I am 25 years old. Gates Institute offers online classes to non-native English-speaking students from China. The staff is very helpful and always looks for the teachers best interest. I would highly recommend joining Gates Institute if you like a company with a good structure. My only complaint would be that it takes quite a long time to fill up the teachers schedule, but overall it is one of the best teaching companies I have worked for.
Callie Mendoza says
I interviewed with them and they said they couldn’t promise any classes. It didn’t seem system-based, at all, but rather their recruiters would manually match you with students based on what they assumed was a good teaching style-match up but there is no guarantee there would be any match-up’s. I wouldn’t call it stable, especially at first. They told me directly to please not quit any current job you have in the hopes of now having work with them because it was by no means going to be that way. They told me to keep my current work and use Gates as free-time work.
