JOB TITLE：Online Spoken English Coach

SUMMARY: Different from other ESL learning program. Dazao English focus more on student’s listening and speaking skills. As a Spoken English Coach, Instead of teaching, the main responsibility is to help students to speak English out as much as possible. And to assist and guild students to practice what they have learned from schools or other ESL platforms. It’s much easier compared with an ESL teacher. For mastering a language, we believe that practice also plays an important role besides learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct 25 minutes English training session with student by video.
Encourage students to speak English out.
Assist students when they have difficulties to speak.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should speak English fluently with Neutral Accent.
With outstanding verbal communication skills.
Has patience & passion for education and kids.
Computer literate (basic knowledge in MS applications)
